Check out the suggested list of things to bring, at the end of this post.
As always, please label everything !!

    Relay Costume information:
Relay: We will let you know your relay team mates just before the race on Saturday afternoon. This year we have decided on a BEACH PARTY theme for all the Canmore relay teams!
So bring your crazy sunglasses, grass skirts, bathing suits (to be worn over top of your normal racing gear), boxer shorts etc. and face paint so you can get your best surfer girl/dude look going with your teammates for the fun relay on Saturday afternoon.
Please remember that you have to be able to race in your getup so let’s keep it fun but functional (ie. no big costumes that restrict your movements).

Waxing Skis: Please hold off on this one until after the meeting on Thursday! There is no power at the site, so I would like to get closer to the weekend before we go off of the weather forecast. It is looking like overnight temps in the -2 to -8 range, but getting up to +4 or even warmer on sunday.
We will pre-glide wax the skate and classic skis. Then based on the weather forecast will give you direction on base binder or not for the classic skis.
    Stay tuned.

Saturday night skating has been cancelled due to warm temperature and thinning ice. A kids only dance party has be put in it’s place.

See you at the meeting 6:00 – 6:30, multipurpose room BWTC, Thursday evening.
