MORNING CATEGORIES – YOUTH AND JUNIOR, MEN/WOMEN
Morning Athletes Items Checklist: Arm Cuff, Ammo, Boots, Spare Skis, Poles, Trigger Lock Key, Gloves, Sunglasses, Runners, Water, Snack
FRIDAY
9:00-10:30 Race Prep – Meet on the range. (T2, LC AND RAD ONLY – No GB OR T1 athletes!)
-Bring all skis you are considering racing on with the exact same base prep (same wax or no wax) and select skis.
7:00pm-7:30pm All race skis for all athletes need to be brought to the team room. Or they can be dropped of at morning race prep.
SATURDAY
8:00am Arrive at Team Room.
8:05am Team Meeting – Start Lists, Zero Order.
8:15am Go for a 15 minute team run and dynamic warm-up together.
8:35am Return to team room to pick up bib, eat a final small snack if needed (Banana is best). Drink Water, use the bathroom if needed.
8:40am Ensure rifle is prepared, begin to head out to the range depending on zero time.
8:45am Equipment Check opens
9:00am Range opens
9:00-9:45am Zero – Order will be dependant on start list.
10:00am – First Racer starts.
11:35am-12:00pm Quick Debrief with Rachel (Time will be dependant on last finisher)
12:00pm – Awards presented on upper level of timing building.
Afterwards: Go Ski Course for tomorrow as a cool down!!! Very Important! Leave skis for tomorrow by 2pm!
SUNDAY
